A renowned venue in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit a Pastry Chef de Partie to work within a kitchen brigade of 20 Chefs delivering an outstanding culinary offering across this multi-outlet venue. The venue consists of diverse F&B operations across restaurants, weddings, bakeries and conferences. You will help manage the day-to-day kitchen operation, making sure the highest standards are kept at all times.

The successful Pastry Chef de Partie will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a high volume, multi-outlet environment. This Pastry Chef de Partie will work 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis.
