We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for an established, independently owned Gastro Pub located in a charming Cotswold Village. The venue comprises a number of indoor and outdoor dining spaces and serves a quality British/European menu to a 2AA Rosette standard. The successful candidate for the role will report directly to the Owners and will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operations.
