Supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team at this renowned French all-day dining restaurant and events venue in a historic location. As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in managing the kitchen, overseeing services for up to 100 covers as well as various standing and seated functions. What we are looking for in a Sous Chef:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a busy fresh-food restaurant is essential, with strong knowledge of classic French and European cuisine.
