About the Role: I am currently working on a unique Restaurant Manager opportunity within a luxury, experience-led hospitality concept operating out of London. This is a permanent role, starting ASAP, offering the chance to be part of something truly distinctive within the hospitality space. As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee a premium dining operation in a one-of-a-kind setting, leading from the front to deliver exceptional service standards. You will manage a team of around 10 (with 5 on shift at a time), ensuring a seamless, polished guest experience at all times. The role is very hands-on, detail-driven and floor-focused. The position involves regular travel as part of the operation, including periods of consecutive days away, with accommodation provided while on duty. The operational base is in Battersea, so being London-based is preferred.

About You: Currently a Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant General Manager ready to step up. Background within luxury restaurants, hotels or private members clubs. Confident leading teams and setting high service standards. Strong understanding of F&B cost control, stock management and rota planning. Calm, polished and highly guest-focused. Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality. Looking for a long-term role within a premium, experience-led concept.
