We're looking for a Head Chef to support an Executive Chef in leading the kitchens of a brasserie-style all-day dining restaurant and events operation, located in a prominent Central London area.
The salary for this role is up to £55k per annum plus a performance-based bonus. 45-48 hours per week plus paid overtime, made up of a mixture of shifts, reasonable finish times (especially at the weekends).
