Head Chef | Pan-Asian | Relocation Opportunity in London

About the Role
A new contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant, opening in early 2027, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary team. Located in the north of the country, the restaurant offers accommodation if required, and sponsorship may be available for candidates already based in the UK.
As Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of the kitchen, driving exceptional standards and helping to establish the restaurant as a leading dining destination within the region.
Working with high-quality ingredients, you will create and deliver an authentic Asian menu with a strong focus on Japanese and Chinese cuisine. The restaurant will feature an intimate open-plan kitchen and bar, providing guests with an engaging and immersive dining experience.
The Person
Proven experience as a Head Chef within a quality-led restaurant environment.
Strong all-round knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine, including Sushi, Robata, Wok cookery, and Tempura.
Experience opening a new restaurant or concept would be highly advantageous.
An inspiring leader with the ability to mentor, develop and retain a team of 10+ chefs.
Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong commercial and financial awareness, including stock control, ordering and labour management.
Sound knowledge of Food Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP procedures.
