About the role: We are working with a prestigious luxury brand to find a Butler for their London flagship boutique. This is a highly client-facing, floor-based role where you will support the Head Butler in delivering a seamless, discreet and elevated experience throughout the client journey. You will be a constant presence on the floor, welcoming and hosting clients, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every interaction feels effortless and considered. Working closely with the wider Client Experience and retail teams, you will help maintain a calm, refined environment while adapting to the flow of the day and supporting overall service delivery.
