The role of Senior Sous Chef is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-respected and successful Founder led restaurant in Central London. As Senior Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing fast-paced services for up to 200+ covers. You will work with exceptional ingredients to cook modern British dishes, which are well thought out, yet not overworked.
- 48 hours per week (mixture of shifts)

The Person
- Previous experience as a Senior Sous/Sous Chef within high-end restaurants is needed, however it’s a more relaxed vibe than many fine-dining establishments.
- You will need to be a foodie and passionate about using the best of British produce.
- An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 15-20 Chefs.
- Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing.
- Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
