A leading international law firm in the City of London is seeking a Hospitality Assistant.
Hours & Salary
- 37.5 hours per week, rota 7.00 am – 7.00 pm.
- Overtime is paid.
- Salary £20,600 per annum + overtime.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take orders for refreshments over the telephone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Prepare, deliver and serve tea, coffee and refreshments for meetings.
- Prepare and serve sandwiches or cooked/buffet lunches as required.
- Assist in serving food and drinks for client events in the evening (overtime paid).
- Ensure meeting rooms are cleaned after use and kept tidy at all times.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to both internal and external clients.
- Assist in keeping silver, crockery and cutlery in good condition.
- Maintain a safe, tidy and hygienic pantry area at all times.
