About the role:
A fast-growing and award-winning events company, is looking for a dynamic Head of Corporate Sales to lead their commercial growth. This is a senior role for someone who loves building client relationships, closing big deals, and guiding a sales team to success.
You’ll be the first point of contact for new business, shaping strategy, driving revenue, and owning the sales process from first pitch to signed contract.
About you:
- A minimum of 5 years\’ experience in sales, ideally in the events, hospitality, or catering sector
- A proven track record of consistently achieving (or smashing) sales targets
- Natural leadership skills with experience coaching and developing a team
- A strong network of corporate clients and suppliers you can tap into from day one
- First-class communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong strategic thinking, with a keen eye for data and detail
- Comfortable drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for exceptional service and an obsession with getting the details right
