We are looking for a Head Chef to support an Executive Chef in leading the kitchens of a brasserie-style all-day dining restaurant and events operation, located in a prominent Central London area. The salary for this role is up to £55k per annum plus a performance-based bonus. 45-48 hours per week plus paid overtime, made up of a mixture of shifts, reasonable finish times (especially at the weekend).

The Person

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef within a multi-outlet kitchen is desired.
  • Time spent working within all-day dining à la carte restaurants would also be beneficial.
  • The ability to devise menus, plan and coordinate a variety of standing and sit-down functions for differing needs is essential.
  • Sound financial awareness: Food Costing, GPs, Stock Control, Rotas and Labour.
  • Proficient training in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health.
