- Leading a team of 15 Chefs with autonomy over the British/European brasserie style menus.
- Typically working 50-55 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-end hotel, although experience in fast-paced à la carte restaurants would be beneficial.
- A passion for and knowledge of working with seasonal British/European cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills to develop, train, and retain a team of Chefs across different kitchens.
