Great opportunity for a talented, ambitious Executive Chef to join this outstanding Contract Caterer to be based within one of Sussex's most prestigious independent schools. The Head Chef will be supporting the Executive Chef and brigade of 14 with the day-to-day running of the culinary offering at the school. The contract is an excellent, friendly site that prides the offering on being fresh, creative & engaging with a strong amount of hospitality and events.

You will be producing the highest quality student dining for more than 900 students and 250 staff.

This position requires the Head Chef to work 5 out of 6 days, Monday to Saturday, with every Sunday off.
