We are recruiting for a talented Head Chef for a modern French neighbourhood brasserie in London. You will be responsible for full management of the kitchen, including cost control, recruitment, training and all health and safety management. The restaurant has a lovely family vibe and a great work environment.

As Head Chef, you should ideally be a classically trained chef with experience in French cuisine, ideally to Head Chef level.

Contracted to 47 hours a week, with overtime paid, working hours are 4 days on (3 doubles, one single) and 3 days off. Immediate start available.
