This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Head Chef to work closely with an award-winning Executive Chef in this fine dining restaurant.

As Head Chef, you'll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and reputation. You'll work with the best quality seasonal ingredients to create modern dishes with European influences.

The Person:

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef within high-end 3 AA Rosette/Michelin standard restaurants is needed for this role, as well as sound knowledge of modern European Cuisine.
  • An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 15 Chefs.
  • Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
  • Sound financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing.
  • Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
