The Opportunity: Take the operational reins as Kitchen Logistics and BOH Manager, leading and coordinating all back-of-house and warehouse workflows. This critical, hands-on role is responsible for opening the building, executing essential compliance checks, taking complete ownership of incoming deliveries, and managing a dedicated back-of-house team to drive maximum efficiency.

The Requirements:

  • Background: A highly organised and proactive operations professional with proven experience managing BOH and warehouse logistics within a fast-paced event or hospitality environment.
  • Leadership: A confident, hands-on leader capable of supervising kitchen porters, structuring rota and holiday planning, and keeping the team motivated and aligned through regular briefings.
  • Logistics & Stock: Impeccable attention to detail is required to manage deliveries (ensuring quality, quantity, and event labelling), oversee multi-store stock control (chemicals, disposables, dry goods), and efficiently pack equipment for events.
  • Administration & Compliance: Competent in processing invoices, placing supply orders, managing daily/weekly compliance checks, tracking waste management, and supporting equipment calibration and PAT testing.
