We are currently recruiting for aGeneral Manager Restaurant & Bar for a high volume, \’all day dining\’, deli-style restaurant & bar with an extensive Summer terrace, located on the Southbank of London.The operation operates 7 days a week between 10am and 11pm and serves fresh, seasonal food and expertly brewed coffee during the day, before transforming into a sophisticated bar by night, serving a range of craft beers, dynamic cocktails and carefully curated wines.
