Job Description
A renowned venue in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit an Executive Sous Chef to work within a kitchen brigade of 20 Chefs delivering an outstanding culinary offering across this multi-outlet venue.
The venue consists of diverse F&B operations across restaurants, weddings, bakeries and conferences. You will help manage the day-to-day kitchen operation, making sure the highest standards are kept at all times.
The successful Executive Sous Chef will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef within a high volume, multi-outlet environment and must have been exposed to high levels of people management, including HR processes and due diligence.
This Executive Sous Chef will work 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. The role is paying up to £60k per annum DOE.
