We are looking for a talented Executive Head Chef to take the helm of our celebrated high-end restaurant and hotel, as well as a busy events kitchen.
The Package £60,000 per annum plus a generous service charge on top.
A structured 48-hour working week .
Temporary live-in accommodation is available to help you find your feet in the area.
Its an opportunity to lead an established kitchen in one of the West Country's most prestigious hotels.
The Person A background in high-volume hotels with experience managing multiple operations as an Executive Head Chef, or a strong Head Chef ready to step up.
Overseeing food preparation and presentation while maintaining strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and cost control requirements.
The ability to inspire a brigade of 12+ chefs simultaneously liaising with the Hotel General Manager.
Keeping the company standards.
Proven ability in GP, stock control, and health and safety compliance.
