We have been retained by an established and independently owned, Essex based food production & distribution business, to recruit an Operations Manager for the company. This is a new and exciting role that the owners wish to implement into their business, and the successful candidate for the role of Operations Manager will report directly into the board, and will be responsible for all aspects of the operations.
