Fantastic opportunity for a consummate Catering Director to take over at this very successful and well run catering contract based on the South Coast. This position will take full responsibility for 2 street food trucks, conference centre and hospitality. The current contract turnover is c£4.8mil.

They are looking for a Catering Director who can:

  • Offer leadership and motivation to the onsite managers
  • Liaise and work with chef team with a contemporary and ever changing events menu
  • Ensure the delivery of 5* service across the board
  • Support the managers in the logistical planning

The Catering Director will have a strong financial understanding, great flexibility and attention to detail, with strong leadership skills and a track record in coaching and developing senior personnel.
