Responsibilities
- 2 street food trucks
- Conference centre and hospitality
- The current contract turnover is c£4.8mil
- Offering leadership and motivation to the onsite managers
- Liaise and work with the chef team with a contemporary and ever changing events menu
- Ensure the delivery of 5* service across the board
- Support the managers in the logistical planning
