About the Role: We are recruiting an experienced Café Restaurant & Deli General Manager for an exciting new project for an independently owned estate in the heart of the Cotswolds. The estate is set to open a new all-day dining café, restaurant & deli in early April 2025, serving a variety of locally sourced, seasonal produce. The café will operate 7 days a week, offering both indoor and extensive outdoor dining options during the summer months, and retail facilities for takeaway coffees, snacks, souvenirs, and gifts. As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full opening project, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the business runs smoothly. Reporting directly to the estate owners, you will manage all financial aspects, and work closely with the Executive Chef to curate menus, set up the layout, and recruit and train the front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious new project within a luxury estate and play a key role in ensuring the cafés success.
