We are seeking a highly organised and service-driven Assistant Hospitality Manager to support the delivery of exceptional hospitality services within my clients corporate head office.

This role plays a key part in ensuring a professional, seamless experience for employees, clients, and senior stakeholders across their meeting rooms.

The successful Assistant Hospitality Manager will assist in managing day-to-day hospitality operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and efficiency expected within a leading corporate company.

Key Responsibilities The Assistant Hospitality Manager will support the Hospitality Manager in overseeing daily hospitality operations across meeting rooms.

Ensure meeting rooms are prepared to the highest standard for internal and external meetings.

Supervise hospitality team members and coordinate service delivery during high-profile meetings.

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive assistants, facilities teams, and senior management.

Monitor service standards, ensuring all hospitality offerings align with corporate brand and service expectations.

Support scheduling, staffing coordination, and training of hospitality staff.

Handle escalations or service issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
