We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to support the management of our large and busy vehicle fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule repairs, servicing, and maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle documentation, inspections, and service history.
  • Liaise with garages, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle upkeep.
  • Monitor compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
  • Support the wider transport team with administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • A collaborative team player with great communication skills.
  • Previous experience in fleet or transport administration is desirable but not essential.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fleet administration, transport coordination, or logistics support role is desirable.
  • Background in an administrative role within a fast-paced operational environment (e.g. construction, logistics, or facilities management) preferred.
  • Experience liaising with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve vehicle-related issues is a plus.

License/Certification:

  • Clean Full UK Driving Licence
