We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to support the management of our large and busy vehicle fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, servicing, and maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle documentation, inspections, and service history.
- Liaise with garages, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle upkeep.
- Monitor compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
- Support the wider transport team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- A collaborative team player with great communication skills.
- Previous experience in fleet or transport administration is desirable but not essential.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a fleet administration, transport coordination, or logistics support role is desirable.
- Background in an administrative role within a fast-paced operational environment (e.g. construction, logistics, or facilities management) preferred.
- Experience liaising with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve vehicle-related issues is a plus.
License/Certification:
- Clean Full UK Driving Licence
