We are looking for a Costings Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Costings team. This role plays a key part in ensuring cost data is accurately recorded, invoices are correctly matched, and financial records are well organised, supporting effective cost control across the business.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately input cost-related data into spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
- Collate tickets with purchase invoices, checking for accuracy and consistency.
- Raise, monitor, and help resolve purchase invoice queries, liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain organised cost documentation through filing, scanning, and record management.
- Provide general administrative support to the Costings team as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
- A positive team player with effective communication skills.
Experience:
- Previous administrative experience (required).
- Experience working with invoices, cost data, or finance-related administration (preferred but not essential).
Job Type and Work Pattern:
- Full time (40 per week).
- Permanent.
- Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm (with 30 min unpaid lunch break).
