We are looking for a Costings Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Costings team. This role plays a key part in ensuring cost data is accurately recorded, invoices are correctly matched, and financial records are well organised, supporting effective cost control across the business.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input cost-related data into spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
  • Collate tickets with purchase invoices, checking for accuracy and consistency.
  • Raise, monitor, and help resolve purchase invoice queries, liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Maintain organised cost documentation through filing, scanning, and record management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Costings team as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • A positive team player with effective communication skills.

Experience:

  • Previous administrative experience (required).
  • Experience working with invoices, cost data, or finance-related administration (preferred but not essential).

Job Type and Work Pattern:

  • Full time (40 per week).
  • Permanent.
  • Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm (with 30 min unpaid lunch break).
