Collins are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Construction Administrator to join our Pre-Construction team. This is a key support role, providing comprehensive administrative assistance throughout the bidding, estimating, tendering and pre-construction process. Working closely with Estimators, Proposals Managers, Directors and the wider Pre-Construction team, you will ensure the smooth administration of tender opportunities from initial enquiry through to submission, whilst maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation and supporting continuous improvement across the department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are critical.

Essential Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing documents electronically and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent document formatting and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet fixed deadlines.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience within the construction, engineering or property sector.
- Experience supporting bid, tender or estimating teams.
- Familiarity with procurement portals and electronic tender submissions.
- Experience using document management systems such as Plexus, Egnyte or similar platforms.
