Collins Construction is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Proposals Coordinator to join our Pre-Construction team. This graduate role plays a key part in designing and creating our work-winning presentations and documents by assisting in the preparation of high-quality tender submissions, PQQs, and client presentations.
Working closely with the Head of Proposals and wider Proposal Management team, you will help produce clear, compelling, and visually engaging bid documentation that reflects our brand and meets client requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone at an early stage in their career who is looking to develop within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We’re looking for a motivated and confident individual with a keen eye for detail, good organisational skills, and an interest in the construction and architecture industry. You will be supporting multiple bids at once, so the ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
Requirements:- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn
- Creative eye with attention to brand consistency and detail
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Relevant degree in Graphic Design or similar (essential)
- Portfolio of work
- Interest in the construction and architecture industry
Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
