Degree Apprenticeship - Level 6. Four-year programme delivering real-world business experience across core functions such as customer support, operations, programme management and supply chain, with academic study towards a BSc in Leadership and Business Management delivered in partnership with Aston University. Learning on campus at Aston University and online webinars. Opportunities to develop a career within a safety-critical aerospace environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a professional point of contact for customers, supporting enquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Assist with customer accounts, contracts, and order management within an engineering environment.
- Support sales and commercial teams with proposals, quotations, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Help monitor project progress, delivery schedules, and customer communications.
- Maintain accurate records in line with aerospace quality and regulatory standards.
- Analyse customer feedback and business data to support continuous improvement.
- Help identify inefficiencies in PO processes, communication flows, or reporting, proposing improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 A Levels at grade C or above.
- Minimum of five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including Mathematics and English.
- Motivated, diligent and enthusiastic about building a career in business within an engineering or aerospace environment.
- Willingness to learn and to work closely with training partners to achieve personal and business objectives.
