What You Will Do

  • Develop composite solutions to complex problems by introducing innovative product designs and processes that enhance competitiveness, product quality, and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organisational profitability and lead project proposals to deliver these improvements.
  • Research and introduce new materials, processes, and partner organisations to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Composites Engineering with customers and regulatory authorities on advanced methodologies.
  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through development and prototyping to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Composite Engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Drive project direction to align with business goals and overall strategic objectives.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across sites and departments.
  • Lead and mentor engineers on new projects, ensuring industry standards and innovative approaches are applied effectively.
  • Ensure projects meet testing requirements while maintaining efficiency in weight, cost, and schedule.
