We’re looking for an Operator Machining to join our team and play a key role in the production of high‑quality aircraft interior components. If you have a strong background in CNC machining, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement, we want you to be part of our innovative and growing company.

As an Operator in this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for the operation of CNC machinery within our Hi‑Tech machine shop producing low‑batch high‑mix production runs of component parts for the Aircraft interiors business; if you have an eye for detail and CNC experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machinery to produce production runs of parts in accordance with a daily production plan.
  • Perform some self‑inspection of repeat work using the appropriate inspection equipment (training to be given).
  • Perform regular Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on the machinery (training to be given).
  • Advise Team Lead and production engineering team of production issues and defects.
  • Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase production.
  • Monitor and document operational performance and provide feedback to the Team Lead.
  • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with peers and support teams.
  • Maintain quality standard through understanding of the quality management system.
  • Adhere to all company EH.
