About the role

At our Kilkeel Facility, we manufacture aircraft interior seating for global customers. We are looking for a Graduate to join our Supply Chain team to support our growing business and strengthen our supply chain capabilities. The role provides hands‑on exposure to a dynamic global aerospace supply chain and the chance to contribute to critical initiatives, working in an analytical, operations and project‑based capacity. The role will be based on site at Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.

What you will do:

  • Liaise with operations and the wider business to support operational requirements for Direct & Indirect purchasing
  • Review, facilitate and raise purchase orders and billing/invoicing queries with suppliers
  • Indirect supplier reviews and analysis in collaboration with department manager
  • Lead project management of cost/critical shortage reduction initiatives
  • Provide analytical support across the Global Spares and Direct Supply Chain teams
  • Collaborate with Quality department to ensure technical, export and process compliance (vendor control)
  • Align supplier base to RTX central approved suppliers
  • Support new product introduction activities
  • Work closely with the commodity team
  • Provide input to the strategic commodity strategies
  • Provide administration support in day‑to‑day activities within the Supply Chain/Logistics team

Essential Criteria

This graduate opportunity is ideally suited to you if you have a strong interest in aerospace supply chains, operational excellence, sustainability and collaborative supplier management. You will have a minimum 2:2 in a relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related discipline. You will be a confident and effective communicator, with strong analytical capability and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical.

Desirable Criteria

Previous substantial relevant work experience in a Supply Chain environment

6 months previous experience working in an administrator role

Experience or exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP and/or SQL
