It specialises in the development and manufacture of precision MEMS gyroscopes, accelerometers and inertial measurement units (IMUs). Our products are used in a wide variety of exciting market applications ranging from Subsea to Space, Automotive to Agriculture and Research to Robotics.
To support Silicon Sensing Systems’ existing business and enable future growth we are seeking a Graduate Accountant to join our team.
What you will do:
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Provide financial support to other functions and managers in the business as required
- Detailed inventory analysis and valuation to ensure records are accurate in the accounts
- Develop expertise to become the Subject Matter Expert for the ERP system
- Support the Finance Manager as required
What you Will Learn:
This Graduate role is ideally suited to you if you are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in Finance. You will gain practical, hands-on experience across all areas of accounting within a medium-sized Joint Venture, whilst also enjoying the benefits and exposure that come with being part of a global Aerospace organisation.
We will delight in training and supporting you in this Graduate role which means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A recent Finance-related degree or equivalent level qualification
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience working with an ERP would be advantageous but is not essential
