At the Marston Green Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) UK facility, we provide specialist technical support for Electronic Engine Control, Fuel Metering units, Actuators and Pump units widely used in the Aerospace industry. To support our growing business and strengthen our supply chain capabilities, we are looking for a Graduate to join our Supply Chain team. The role provides hands-on exposure to a dynamic global aerospace supply chain and the chance to contribute to critical initiatives, working in an analytical, operations, and project-based capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with operations and wider the business to support operational requirements for Direct & indirect purchasing
  • Review, facilitate and raise purchase orders and billing/invoicing queries with suppliers
  • Initiate and manage contracts through to signature
  • Indirect supplier reviews and analysis in collaboration with department manager
  • Lead project management of cost/critical shortage reduction initiatives
  • Provide analytical support across the Global Spares and Direct Supply Chain teams
  • Collaborate with Quality department to ensure technical, export, & process compliance (vendor control)
  • Contribute to cross-functional sustainability projects from site to European levels
  • Align supplier base to RTX central approved suppliers

Skills and Experience Required:

This graduate opportunity is ideally suited to you if you have a strong interest in aerospace supply chains, operational excellence, sustainability, and collaborative supplier management. You will have a minimum 2:2 in a relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. You will be a confident and effective communicator, with strong analytical capability and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Experience or exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP and/or SQL would be advantageous. We will delight in training and supporting your transition into industry. As such, you will demonstrate a proactive learning mindset, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering both business objectives and personal development goals while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
