The Role
- Supporting students and teachers in the use of IT systems and software during lessons
- Providing first‑line technical support and troubleshooting issues
- Assisting with student logins, passwords and network access
- Maintaining classroom equipment and reporting faults
- Supporting teaching staff in delivering ICT‑based learning
- Promoting the safe and appropriate use of technology
- Assisting with online learning platforms and administrative tasks

Essential Requirements
