The Role
- Lead and manage Film and Media Studies across KS4 and KS5
- Teach Media Studies and/or Film Studies at GCSE and A Level
- Line manage and support colleagues within the department
- Drive high standards of teaching, learning and assessment
- Contribute to whole‑school improvement and leadership as a TLR holder
- Inspire students through creative, relevant and engaging learning experiences
