The Role

  • As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery leading design, engaging with clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes on site, as well as mentoring Junior Engineers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead mechanical design on a range of new-build and refurbishment projects
  • Work with the Mechanical Director closely
  • Deliver projects in line with RIBA work stages
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and quality of delivery
  • Mentor Junior Engineers
  • Champion sustainable, low-carbon engineering solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering UK building services projects
  • Strong understanding of RIBA stages
  • Confident communicator and team collaborator
  • Proactive problem solver with a practical mindset
  • Degree / HND / HNC qualified
  • Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM (desirable)
