About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced full-time Kitchen Designer / Salesperson to join our professional and friendly team. This is a varied and rewarding role involving the creation of bespoke kitchen designs, building strong relationships with clients, and managing projects from initial concept through to successful installation. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire journey – understanding their needs, presenting creative design solutions, and overseeing the delivery of their project to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing expert advice
  • Designing kitchens and other room settings using Winner software
  • Managing customer projects from design stage through to installation
  • Placing and managing orders with suppliers
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring they have all necessary information
  • Maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in kitchen design and sales within a similar retail environment and be keen to further develop your skills. You will:

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in kitchen design and sales
  • Have experience with German kitchens, in-frame kitchens, and fitted furniture (preferred)
  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work in a structured and methodical way, meeting deadlines consistently
  • Be creative with a strong eye for detail
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Have a good understanding of technical product specifications
  • Be able to fit in with our small team, building trust and rapport with your customers and colleagues
  • Have hands-on experience with Winner and EQ
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
