Based in our Birmingham or Leeds office, the Surveyor / Senior Surveyor, Professional Services, will play a key leadership role within our specialist property consultancy team, delivering expert landlord and tenant advice across a diverse commercial property portfolio. The role will involve acting for landlords, tenants, investors and occupiers on a range of professional surveying matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring and strategic asset management advice. From time to time the successful candidate will be expected to provide valuations, albeit in a supporting role and ancillary to the Landlord.
