The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
To undertake a variety of Loan Security, Institutional and Corporate Valuations.
To assist team members in the preparation of regularly valued portfolios.
To liaise with relationship managers, fund managers and asset managers on a regular basis.
In conjunction with other team members, to develop the Department’s existing and prospective client relationships.
Attend presentations to clients when required.
Qualifications:
- MRICS Qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
- Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Knowledge of Argus Valuation Capitalisation and Argus Enterprise is preferable
- Market knowledge demonstration
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
