At Colliers, we are continually growing and are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor – Valuations to join our London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing team, delivering market-leading valuation advice across a diverse client base.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation services across a broad range of commercial assets, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients. The position offers exposure to a varied portfolio and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking valuations across a range of commercial property sectors, including office, retail, and mixed-use assets
- Producing Red Book-compliant reports for a variety of purposes, including loan security, financial reporting, and strategic advisory
- Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
- Supporting junior team members where required and contributing to team development
- Collaborating with wider business lines to support cross-service client delivery
Qualifications
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Experience in property valuations, ideally with experience in commercial.
- Strong knowledge of property valuation techniques, market analysis, and the ability to interpret complex property data.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior team members.
- Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements, managing your time between the office and remote work effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring the quality and accuracy of valuation reports.

- Strong technical knowledge of the UK property market and RICS Valuation – Global Standards (Red Book).
