Colliers UK is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join the Living Capital Markets team in London. You will originate opportunities, advise institutional investors, developers and private capital clients on acquisition and disposal of living sector assets across the UK, including Build to Rent, PBSA, Co-living and SFH.
You will lead transactions, develop client relationships and contribute to growth across the Living platform, collaborating with Capital Markets, Valuation, Development.
