Colliers is a leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers, and investors on a local, national and international basis. Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, vern, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.
Job Description
- The work will chiefly revolve around the leasing of flexible and managed workspace units across Central London.
- This will primarily be across Landlord assets where both a fitted & managed solution has been provided and a hybrid agency team is representing the space, covering both the conventional fitted/CAT‑A+ audience and the flex/managed space audience.
- In the current market there is increased overlap between fitted and flexible requirements – and being able to understand the dynamics and commercials of both is very important.
- A key part of the work therefore involves agency advice/negotiations and identifying occupiers who are either coming through conventional channels (e.g. Occupier Advisor agents, Colliers network, marketing platforms etc.) and flex channels (e.g. Flex brokers, Valve platform and others).
- It is crucial to have and retain a good network of occupier advisors and brokers across both audiences to help drive demand and interest in the marketed space.
- Owning the marketing assets for the assets, and their distribution across different channels.
- Ideating new marketing ideas such as events, digital marketing and social media.
- Assisting with new business development across landlords and flexible office operators.
- Understanding the competition and reacting to trends in the market.
Qualifications
- Prior experience leasing within the flex world is desired – either in a disposal agency capacity or within sales at a flex operator.
- Ability to work with clients at varying levels, and provide advice as well as transactional services.
