Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management services for UK & EMEA corporate portfolios within the Enterprise Project Management team. You will shape commercial strategy, mentor colleagues and drive best practice across markets while engaging senior stakeholders. The role focuses on pre/post-contract cost management for corporate fit-out projects, option appraisals and robust cost reporting, with emphasis on governance, risk and client service excellence.
