Overview
Customer Experience & Operations Assistant (12 month Fixed Term) – Colliers, Manchester, England, United Kingdom. This site-based role reports to the Building Manager and focuses on creating a vibrant, occupier-focused community by managing occupier engagement with the building and enhancing daily experiences beyond the physical space.
This is a site-based role working Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities
- Champion an exceptional and consistent service experience for all occupiers across the building, ensuring every interaction adds value
- Manage the building’s social & community platforms, curating timely and engaging content that reflects the identity of both the building and wider estate
- Design and deliver a community events calendar that aligns with budget while maximizing impact and inclusivity
- Oversee collaboration with local businesses and suppliers to source and coordinate a diverse range of events suited to a broad audience
- Uphold front of house presentation and service standards, continually seeking opportunities for improvement
- Provide hands-on support to the Reception Host when required, identifying and actioning enhancements to the overall reception experience
- Partner with the wider building team to streamline occupier-facing processes, ensuring they are compliant, user-friendly, and effective
- Work closely with the Building Manager to support occupier communications, attend occupier meetings, and lead on joint initiatives that enhance building operations, efficiencies and compliance
- Share responsibility for building compliance, completing health and safety checklists, maintaining the H&S management system
- Oversee security and cleaning processes, supporting the Building Manager with contractor management and monitoring of KPIs
- Assist with the PO process, ensuring orders are placed and processed in line with the building’s systems and processes
- Providing general support to the Building Manager and deputise in their absence
