We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Flex Workspace Consultant to support the growth of our flexible office and coworking solutions. This is a dynamic client‑facing role ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to make an impact. The role blends relationship‑building and business development (around 50%) with hands‑on workspace advisory and client support, offering plenty of variety and real responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the fastest‑growing segments of the commercial real estate market. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to take initiative in identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our flexible workspace offering. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients.
- Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships.
- Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Track leads and opportunities through CRM systems and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
Client Advisory & Workspace Solutions
- Advise clients on suitable flexible workspace solutions based on their needs.
- Coordinate meetings for clients.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms between clients and workspace providers.
- Support with management agreements and hybrid leases.
- Support Clients with the delivery of flexible workspace once agreement is completed.
Market & Portfolio Support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the flexible office market and key operators.
- Assist in maintaining internal databases of available flex workspace inventory.
- Conduct market research and contribute to reports on trends in the flex workspace sector.
Qualifications Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in real estate, coworking, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to generating leads.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM systems.
