The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The purpose of this role is to generate signed terms and conditions on instructions for our Rating services, through the identification of opportunities, generation of sales meetings with prospective clients, and to ensure that the contracts are established, run and managed to a high standard. The role will be largely telephone-based with some attendance at sales calls/meetings and will also require a large element of self-generated lead sourcing.
To reflect the importance of the consultative selling methods of Colliers International we provide a good basic salary with a realistic and uncapped commission and team bonus structure.
The identification of opportunities using data available in the public domain, focusing on sectors and target companies which will draw in large instructions. Supporting the surveyors with opportunities identified by them. Telephone-based meeting arranging through consultative selling methods and provision of full needs analysis on specific targeted campaigns. Attendance at some calls/meetings with prospective clients.
Responsibility for maximising return of signed terms and conditions for the current and future Rating lists for both existing and new clients. Representation of the Colliers International brand at all times. Full understanding of the rating service line offering. Consultation with Rating surveyors and Directors to ensure successful and quality sales calls/meetings. Responsibility for sourcing new leads through understanding of market and use of initiative, including proactively seeking out opportunities from other departments within the firm.
