We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing Project & Building Consultancy (PBC) team in Bristol. This role will involve managing a range of projects across sectors, delivering best‑in‑class outcomes for our clients while contributing positively to our team culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
  • Prepare and manage project programmes, cost plans, and risk registers
  • Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
  • Support business development activities and contribute to client growth

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Project Management role within construction or real‑estate consultancy
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Degree‑qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. Construction, Real‑Estate, Engineering)
  • Working towards or recently achieved RICS
