We’re looking to welcome a Graduate Project Manager into our Bristol Project & Building Consultancy team at Colliers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is looking to build a long‑term future within a dynamic, collaborative consultancy environment.
The Role
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of a wide range of project management services across commercial property. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, helping to deliver high‑quality outcomes for our clients. This is a permanent role with a clear pathway for progression, including support towards achieving your MRICS accreditation.
Qualifications
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in building a career in project management within the built environment.
You will ideally have:
- A RICS-accredited degree, such as:
- BSc Construction Management
- BSc Construction Project Management
- BSc Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management
- BSc Building Surveying
- 12 months industry experience, gained through a placement year or relevant work experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, driven mindset with the ambition to progress professionally
- A commitment to working towards chartership (MRICS) in a timely manner
