Colliers is seeking a Junior Retail Estates Assistant to join our dynamic retail and leisure management team based at the prestigious 103 Colmore Row office in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in supporting Destination Management within a fast-paced, professional environment.   • Assist Property Managers with destination administration including co-ordination of destination reports and business plans as required.
  • Assist the Place Activation Manager with compiling commercialisation reports, Mystery guest visit evaluations, administration and managing information request returns from destination teams.
  • Assist Centre/Destination managers to compile a record of destination’s environmental and social value achievements for impact reporting.
  • Assist with the development of standard forms and procedures, including producing concise case studies in collaboration with destination managers.
  • Data management - Including collection of footfall analytical data from individual destinations to provide trend information across destinations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain up to date information files for destination use via the Place Manager’s team’s hub.
  • Maintain strong relationships with destination on site management teams.
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers and respond to queries.
